Child Locate enables parents to locate their child's mobile phone anywhere in the UK! Parents now have the added security of being able to locate their children with the help of ChildLocate. This clever service enables parents to track their offspring's mobile phones via a simple web interface.
The ChildLocate service is easily accessible via the internet or with the use of text messaging on your mobile phone. The child's location is shown on a map if using the web page, or as a text message if using a mobile phone to locate the child. The service utilises a network location provided by the UK mobile operators. The location is accurate from 50-500 meters in urban areas but less in rural areas.

The Good Schools Guide was founded in 1985 by Amanda Atha and Sarah Drummond, two parents in search of schools for their children. With the help of Harpers & Queen, where they worked as journalists, and others from that stable (notably Patrea More Nisbett) they visited hundreds of schools and wrote up their experiences in the direct and independent style that still characterises the Guide.
